Subscribing to trackaCourse
A subscription to trackaCourse consists of two main areas:
Annual Subscription
1.The main application consisting of the following features:
- Assessment Tracker – recording Grading Criteria and notes for selected pathways assigned to Classes that you create.
- Key Skills (optional) – recording evidence of skills achieved relative to the qualification being followed by Learners.
- Learning Plan (optional) – online recording for Learners of their Learning Plan for each unit of their qualification.
- Learner Dashboard – giving Learners: (i) read only access to their Assessment Tracker data, (ii) optional read\write access to Key Skills (write access determined by Tutor), (iii) write access to their Learning Plan.
- Tutor – Learner Feedback – with Feedback Management panel for Tutors.
- Accounts and Classes – the ability to create Accounts for Learners and Tutor and Classes.
- Qualification configuration – select qualification, pathway and units and link these to a Class.
- Email and telephone support.

2. Qualification Specification configuration:
- Each qualification specification has to be configured to meet the requirements of each subscriber. There is a minimum requirement of one qualification to enable the program to function. Additional qualifications can be added when you receive your access details.

Subscription Period
The normal subscription period is from 1st August to 31st July in the following year. To assist Tutors wanting to prepare for the next academic year an initial subscription can start from 1st June and run through to 31st July in the following year but subsequent subscriptions would follow the standard period indicated above. Custom arrangements can be made, for example, for groups of schools.

Usage
There are no restrictions on how many accounts and classes can be set up within a single school but groups of schools must have their own set of accounts and classes. In the current version all access is online via our secure server. Future versions of the program will be able to be hosted in a local intranet environment.
